Yes, we encourage you to submit articles for the site.

When you register at ProposalCafe.com you are automatically designated as a "Registered Member." In order for you to submit articles, we need to upgrade your membership to "Author". Once you have an article ready to submit, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   and request to have your status upgraded. Once we upgrade your status, a new item will appear in your User Menu that will allow you to upload your article. You will also have the ability to go back and edit your articles.
